On 07^th December 2011 ATLAS FINANCE PLC was certified as a Financial institution in the Register of the Bulgarian National Bank.

According to the obtained Certificate ATLAS FINANCE PLC will perform the following activities: Consulting services to companies on their capital structure, industrial strategy and related matters as well as consultations and services concerning restructuring and acquisition of enterprises.
