"ATLAS FINANCE PLC was incorporated on 22.04.2010 by the General Assembly of Shareholders of "Saedinenie Technologies and Innovations  Corporation PLC - Sofia, UIC 115086942 - Sole shareholder of the Company as a result of successful transformation procedure  of "Saedinenie Technologies and Innovations  Corporation PLC through the separation and  formation of a single owned company under the terms of Art. 262g and Art. 263t, paragraph 3 of the Commercial Code and Art. 122 et seq of the Law of Public Offering of Securities. The transformation was approved by Decision № 103-MI Vice-Chairman of the Financial Supervision Commission on 22.02.2010 when the Plan of transformation of "Saedinenie Technologies and Innovations  Corporation PLC and the Report of the Management Board  were approved.

The company was registered under  the name "ATLAS FINANCE PLC on 5/29/2010 in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency. "ATLAS FINANCE PLC is entered into  the register of public companies, led by the Financial Supervision Commission with scope of business activities:

Financial, accounting, legal advice and services, consulting services and preparation of documents for licensing companies by  financial and banking supervision; management of processes  and administration activities, advertising and information; trade of goods; commissioning and trade representation and mediation of local and foreign entities within the country and abroad, and any other activities authorized by the Bulgarian legislation in compliance with all applicable license, registration and other conditions.


The Capital of the Company is at the amount of  9,595,108 (nine million five hundred ninety-five thousand one hundred and eight) BGN, divided into 9,595,108 (nine million five hundred ninety-five thousand one hundred and eight) ordinary shares entitled to vote  with nominal value of 1 (one) BGN each.

 

"ATLAS FINANCE PLC operates in accordance with Bulgarian legislation, according to the general requirements of the Commercial Code and the specific requirements of the Public Offering of Securities.
